Offshore Preparation Seminar
The Offshore Preparation Seminar is for skippers and crew (race and return delivery) of boats planning to do the 2022 or future Vic-Maui. This is a one day seminar with multiple topic-specialist presenters. The format is interactive and there will be time and opportunity to connect with specific presenters on your areas of interest.

- The seminar (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) will be followed by an informal, no-host reception (5:00 - 7:00 pm)
Pricing:
- Early bird registration is $80.00 per person.
- Regular registration is $100.00 per person.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST (5%) will be added. Coffee/tea and lunch is included.

PARTICIPATION IN THIS CLASS IS SUBJECT TO COVID PROTOCOLS WHICH MAY CHANGE ON SHORT NOTICE; CURRENTLY THESE INCLUDE PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION AND USE OF MASKS IN SOME AREAS.
- More than 3 days before the event start date, you may transfer your registration to another qualified person, provided that you have notified the organizers by email to events@vicmaui.org and received an transfer approval email.
- More than 7 days before the event start date, registrations are cancellable and refundable; a 20% administration fee will be applied.
- 7 or less days from the event start date, registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
